Finding Strength Together
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s also a powerful one. The focus is on providing a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, feel truly heard, and work towards the changes you want to see in your life.
With experience helping individuals process grief through Cruse Bereavement Care and supporting adults with mental health challenges at Richmond Mind, I understand the importance of tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I’ve also worked extensively with young people aged 11-25, helping them navigate the challenges of adolescence, relationships, and early adulthood.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for clarity, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll work on building the tools, resilience, and self-awareness you need to move forward confidently and create meaningful change in your life.
Find support to face specific challenges like low self-esteem, bereavement, anxiety, and depression, exploring deeper emotional issues or simply seeking personal growth. We’ll work together to help you uncover insights, empower your capacity to overcome challenges, and create the positive changes you’re looking for.
"You can't go back and change the beginning, but we can start where we are and change the ending"
- C.S. Lewis

We start with a free initial 20 minute appointment.
Finding the right therapist is essential for a meaningful counselling journey. I offer a free 20-minute consultation, where you can ask questions, share your goals and concerns, and explore whether our therapeutic relationship feels supportive and aligned. If it feels right to move forward, we can then discuss the counselling agreement, fees, and arrange your first session with care and attention to your comfort.
Sessions last 50 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis and range from £60-£85 per session depending if it's telephone, online or in person. Also provided is a limited number of spaces for those on low-income or for students; contact me to enquire about availability. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, in cash or by cheque.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling or pyschotherapy works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
